o is for odd

we’re in an odd place. we’re both so busy that we have little to do with each other.

o is for overthink

you tell me i overthink things. i think you’re right.

o is for over

there were times when i really did think i was over you.

o is for other

it’s hard for me to remember, or imagine, being with other men.

o is for old

i wonder if we’re going to grow old together.

o is for only

you once said i only remember the bad things. (that’s so not true.)

o is for opposites

you once said that we’re opposites. and you’re right, we are, in some ways. but we’re similar in many ways, too.
